FAQS
You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Answers.
Do you accept all dogs?
To ensure all our dogs enjoy their time with us, we must be selective in the dogs we allow to enrol at our daycare facility. The following have been excluded:
-
Excessive barkers
-
Aggressive dogs
-
Unsterilised (exception for puppies to a certain age)
-
Unvaccinated
We offer a mandatory assessment session to allow us to meet your dog and test their adaptability to the daycare. Please also be aware that some dogs over time out grow daycare,
Only one restriction applies to the Groom Studio - NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS
What does my dog do all day?
Daycare is more than being in a space all day. Your dog will be provided with opportunities to socialise and play in a friendly environment. Check out the timetable of activities to see what is happening on each day.
Do all the dogs play together?
Our priority is to ensure your dog is living his best life whilst they are in our care. The dogs are placed in a compatible group based on their size and temperament. If your dog loves to run around and play all day, lie down and relax or interact with similar size dogs, we will find a space within a pack that meets their needs..

How do you keep the space clean?
We sanitise our play areas with medical grade disinfectant every day. All equipment is maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. Urine is cleaned up as soon as possible and faeces are collected in a bag and placed in storage for disposal.
How often should my dog attend daycare?
We require that your dog attends on the same day each week. However, we also understand that some people work shifts and we are happy to adapt their dogs attendance to suit their lifestyle.. We offer half day sessions for those people who want to give their pup a day of fun.
Having worked with the daycare dogs for sometime we have established that your dog will get the most out of daycare when they attend on the SAME DAY each week or at least ONCE PER WEEK. We have experienced dogs being very unsettled when they return after missing sessions as it is very exciting for all dogs involved to see each other and this causes unrest in the whole centre. Dogs LOVE their daycare day and THRIVE on routine and find the BEST ENGERGY comes from dogs who attend weekly on the same day.

What happens if I can't collect my dog before closing time?
Please get in contact with us as soon as possible and advise of your estimated arrival time. Pick up time is 6pm sharp and a late fee will apply as there are council restrictions that guide our operating hours and this must be enforced. Thank you.
